On Friday 24th and Saturday 25th May 2024 there will be an open and public part of the congress. This part will be open to anyone who agrees to our invitation posted here and here. The event is not commercial and therefore we do not charge any entrance fee! We won’t leave anyone out just because they don’t have money. However, anyone is welcome to make a voluntary donation of any amount to the organization of the event at their own discretion and ability.
There will be a non-public part of the congress for invited groups and individuals on Sunday, May 26, 2024. Registration is required for the Sunday part. The congress will have an InfoPoint set up where you can come with questions and suggestions for participation.
[ SHARED ACCOMMODATION ]
Shared camping areas will be set up on the outskirts of Prague. Persons who would use this opportunity need their tents, mattresses and sleeping bags. It is not possible to park a car on the site, but there are public transport buses. If you are interested in this opportunity let us know as soon as possible as we need to know how many people will attend. There will be no charge for overnight stays at the campsite. If anyone wants to make a donation, the money will go towards the cost of the Action Week and any anti-war activities. There are also several commercial camps in Prague that you can check out. For example, the nearby Prague Central Camp, etc.
[ APARTMENTS AND HOUSES ]
We will have several options for overnight stays in private with friends of Action Week – reserved for people who need privacy or have other requirements. As these places are limited, please let us know what you need as soon as possible: A bed? A children’s bed? Are you allergic to any pets? Any other requirements?
[ HOTELS OR YOUTH HOSTELS ]
There are various hotel options in the city, but keep in mind that they may be booked up soon. So, if you are planning to come, book your stay as soon as possible.
In any case, whatever you decide, let us know what you need, when and how many are coming, as soon as possible so we can best help you and ensure a comfortable, safe stay during the Action Week.
